RF Valve – High Performance Pinch Valves

The innovative RF Valve and aiRFlex Valve by RF Technologies, Inc. are high performance pinch valves designed for handling very difficult products and liquids that are abrasive, corrosive, dry and viscous that can cause clogging and blockage problems for most other valves.

RF Valves are interchangeable with most other ball, plug and diaphragm valves and their innovative design holds many advantages when compared to traditional pinch valves. The secret lies in the unique folding elastomer tube, which is self-cleaning to give superior non-clogging performance. As well as ensuring a compact design, this feature also means that the tube is the only wear part in contact with the process stream.

Capacity Range:Sizes available from 25 millimetres up to 1 metre in diameter with pressures up to 41 bar. Standard ASME/ANSI B16 and ISO 5752 face-to-face dimensions.

Materials: Cast iron or aluminium valve body with a range of tube options including natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, viton, hypalon and nordel.

Applications:Ideally suited for the pulp & paper industry, mineral plants, chemical and fertiliser processing plants, coal and lime processing plants, wastewater treatment plants, glass and ceramic industries, recycling plants, etc.
