The high-performance Egger EO / EOS range of process pumps are specially designed for handling a wide range of highly charged and demanding fluids, including abrasive, corrosive and viscous slurries and even multiphase suspensions. Egger EO / EOS process pumps have a long history in the pulp and paper industry where they can be found handling fibrous, air-entrained slurries with consistencies as high as 8% and gas contents of up to 25%.
With a range of special materials available, the Egger EO / EOS series offers high efficiencies, low NPSH requirements and low life cycle costs. Suitable for numerous abrasive and corrosive fluids with temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius, Egger EO / EOS process pumps are ideal for the chemical and petrochemical industries, multiphase mixtures for reactor loops, aerated fibre suspensions in the pulp and paper industry, as well as sludge and viscous materials in wastewater technology.

The Egger RPP / RPG elbow propeller pump is designed for pumping large fluid volumes at very low discharge heads. Mainly used for recirculated sludge applications, as well as in pump stations and reactor loops, the RPP / RPG range can achieve very high capacities of up to 7000 litres per second whilst provide gentle fluid transport and good abrasion resistance.
Often referred to as a propeller, the special thick blade axial impeller of the Egger RPP / RPG pump has optimised hydraulics and an elongated blade profile, which over the years has been proven to provide excellent pumping efficiencies and long service lifetimes. The Egger elbow propeller pump also offers the advantage of low NPSH requirements through its high suction capability.

High quality, ABEL HP high-pressure piston pumps are purpose built for high-pressure, heavy-duty cleaning and process applications. They are a self-priming, single acting, positive displacement pump with either 3 or 5 cylinders, and are designed for slow speed, continuous operation. ABEL HP pumps have large valve cross-sections to ensure uniform low pulsation delivery.
When intermittent high-pressure operation is required, the pneumatic activated ABEL internal bypass system ensures trouble-free interruption of flow. Made in Germany, OSNA specialise in producing high-pressure energy efficient centrifugal pumps, which are available in either horizontal or vertical configuration. They are fitted with optimally designed impellers and casings for high hydraulic efficiency and low noise operation, and are a competitive alternative to conventional multistage centrifugal pumps.
The modular design principle incorporated by OSNA allows for ease of servicing, and shaft sealing is available by way of mechanical seals or packed gland.
